Some fields, such as the Batteries included boxes on the Master sheet, are selected by a checkmark or circle (such as the Included box shown below).

 

 

To set a checkmark or circle, click on the space provided. To uncheck, simply click again.

 

Just like any other field, checkmarks and circles can be set to a default.
