File Menu
| • | Login to Server - Displays the Log In Screen. |
| • | Log Off - Logs off of the server. |
| • | Import Rates - Loads rate information into a database. |
| • | Export Rates - Saves rate information from a database. |
| • | Preferences... - Option to allow newly created users to have administrative rights. |
| • | Exit - Closes the Administration program. |
Users Menu
| • | New User - Adds a new user with default rights & full access to all databases. |
| • | Delete User - Deletes the selected user from accessing the Speed-Quote System. |
| • | Remove User From Group - Removes the selected user from their group. The user retains the settings of their previous group. |
| • | Merge Defaults for User... - Merges the quote sheet defaults for one user into another. |
| • | New Group - Creates a new group with default rights & full access to all databases. |
| • | Delete Group - Deletes the selected groups. All users from this group retain the group settings but are not associated with any group. |
Actions Menu
| • | Find Item - Locates an item in the left hand section (sidebar) list. |
| • | Find Next - Goes to the next matching item in the left hand section (sidebar) list. |
| • | Database Management - Activates the Database Management utility. |
| • | Track History - When checked, Speed-Quote stores information about quoted products. Reports can be generated that use this quoted history. |
| • | Remove Orphaned Users - Flushes any users from the server that are erroneously shown as connected. |
Log Menu
| • | Print... - Prints the currently selected log file. |
| • | Save As... - Saves the currently selected log file as a plain text file. |
| • | Clear - Clears the currently selected log file from the server. |
| • | Refresh (F5) - Retrieves the log file from the server. |
Help Menu
| • | Help - Displays this help file. |
| • | Diagnostics - Gathers information from the server and saves it to a text file that can be emailed for technical support. |
