When a retailer product is created, most of the fields are filled using information from the Master Entry Sheet. Some fields, however, are specific to a retailer form and have no equivalent on the Master.

 

Whenever you create a retailer product, look for any blank fields and fill them as required. If a field contains the same information for all your products (for example, the buyer name is always the same) you can set it to default.

 

Speed-Quote also allows you to type over any information on a product. If you type over information that was transferred from the Master Entry Sheet, the background color will become yellow.

 

       Warning!  Speed-Quote allows you to type whatever information you want in the form fields. It is always your responsibility to ensure that the information you enter is correct, or your products will not be accurate.
